End an online meeting

Applies to: Microsoft Office Access 2003, Excel 2003, PowerPoint 2003, Word 2003

The host of the online meeting is the only person who can end an online meeting for the entire group.

On the Online Meeting toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click End Meeting .

Show Tip

Participants in an online meeting can leave the meeting at any time by double-clicking the NetMeeting icon on the taskbar, and then clicking Stop NetMeeting, or by clicking End Call in the Microsoft Windows NetMeeting program.
