View a list of participants in an online meeting

Applies to: Microsoft Office Access 2003, Excel 2003, PowerPoint 2003, Word 2003

On the Online Meeting toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), point to the Participant List, and then click the arrow.

Note The participant list is updated as participants join and leave an online meeting.
