Remove a participant from an online meeting
 

The host of the online meeting is the only person who can remove a participant from a meeting.

  1. On the Online Meeting toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), select the name of the person you want to remove from the participant list.
  2. Click Remove Participants Button image.
