Preview a page before printing

Applies to: Microsoft Office Excel 2003, Outlook 2003, PowerPoint 2003, Publisher 2003, Word 2003

On the File menu, click Print Preview.
Use the buttons on the toolbar to look over the page or make adjustments before printing.
