- On the Standard
toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click Open
.
- In the Open dialog box, click Tools, and then click Map Network Drive.
- In the Drive box, click the drive letter you want.
- In the Folder box, enter the path (path: The route that the operating system uses to locate a folder or file; for example, C:\House finances\March.doc.) of the folder you want to connect to.
Tip
To automatically connect to this network drive each time you start Microsoft Windows, select the Reconnect at logon check box.
