1. Select the text that has the style you want to copy.
2. On the Formatting toolbar (Formatting toolbar: A toolbar with buttons and options used to apply text formatting. To display the toolbar, point to Toolbars on the View menu, and then click Formatting.), click Format Painter , and then select the text to which you want to apply the formatting.

Note  You can't copy the font and font size on WordArt (WordArt: Text objects you create with ready-made effects to which you can apply additional formatting options.) text.
