Add or remove arrowheads

Instead of pasting or deleting arrowheads on lines, change the line style to reflect the format you want.

  1. Select the line you want to change.

You can only add an arrowhead to a line or connector line.

  2. On the Drawing toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), do one of the following:
    • To add one or two arrowheads, click Arrow Style Button image, and then click the style you want.
    • To remove all arrowheads, click Arrow Style Button image, and then click Arrow Style 1 (no arrowheads).
