Insert a picture from a file

Applies to: Microsoft Office Excel 2003

Click the worksheet where you want to insert the picture.
On the Drawing toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click Insert Picture From File .
In the Insert Picture dialog box, locate the folder that contains the picture that you want to insert, and then click the picture file.
Click Insert to embed the picture in the worksheet.
