Skip text during a spelling check

You can format text so that spelling errors are ignored within the selection. Spelling errors will continue to be identified in the rest of the presentation.

  1. Select the text that you don't want to be checked for spelling.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Language.
  3. In the Mark selected text as box, click (no proofing), and click OK.

Note  The "no proofing" formatting remains with the selected text until you change it by selecting a language for the selected text.
