Delete a comment or change marker

Applies to: Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003

Select the comment or change marker (change marker: An icon that designates a change made by a reviewer to a presentation.) you want to delete, and then press DELETE.

Note A change marker should be deleted only after you have applied or unapplied the reviewer's change.

Show Tip

If you want to delete all change markers on a slide, on the Reviewing toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), point to Delete Marker Button image , click the arrow, and then click Delete all Markers on the Current Slide.
