You can carry out commands in Microsoft Office Document Imaging using the keyboard instead of the mouse.

ShowKeys for editing

To do thisPress
Select the current pageCTRL+A

Copy the selected annotations (if only annotations are selected)

Copy the selected text

CTRL+C
Cut the selected annotationCTRL+X
Copy the selected area as a bitmap imageCTRL+I

Paste cut or copied annotations

Paste copied text or image (as an annotation)
