Troubleshoot combining presentations

ShowWhen I review a presentation, my changes aren't tracked like they are in Microsoft Word.

Microsoft PowerPoint uses a different method of tracking changes a reviewer makes to a presentation. Only the sender of the presentation will see change markers (change marker: An icon that designates a change made by a reviewer to a presentation.).

ShowI applied a font size change, but then the check box became unchecked, and the change wasn't applied.

Microsoft PowerPoint automatically resizes a font to fit text in a placeholder (placeholders: Boxes with dotted or hatch-marked borders that are part of most slide layouts. These boxes hold title and body text or objects such as charts, tables, and pictures.). You will have to apply the actual font size that the reviewer suggested in order to incorporate the text change.

ShowI can't combine a reviewer's presentation with my original presentation.

You have either chosen to end the review of the original presentation, or you are trying to combine a reviewed presentation that was not created from your original presentation.

ShowMultiple reviewers added comments to my presentation, but in my combined presentation, the comments appear as if they were added by only one reviewer.

You designated the presentation you sent for review as a private (private: Other people cannot see an item marked private, even if they have permission to access your folders.) document. Individual reviewer names will not be identified in your combined presentation.
