  1. Select the text that you want to change, or click Select All on the Edit menu.
  2. On the Formatting toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.), point to Line Spacing Button image.

    If the Formatting toolbar is not visible, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Formatting.

  3. Click the arrow next to Line Spacing Button image, and then click 2.0.
