View a presentation in Outline format

Applies to: Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003

On the View menu, click Normal.
In the leftmost pane in the program window, click the Outline tab.

Note The Outline and Slides tabs change to display an icon when the pane becomes narrow. If you want to see more of the slide editing window, or if you can't see the Outline tab, try narrowing or widening the leftmost pane by dragging the right border of the pane.
