Remove restricted permission from content
 

Note  You can create content with restricted permission using Information Rights Management only in Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003, Microsoft Office Word 2003, Microsoft Office Excel 2003, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.

  1. Open a document, workbook, or presentation with restricted permission.
  2. On the File menu, point to Permission, and then click Unrestricted Access.

ShowTip

You can also remove restricted permission for a document, workbook, or presentation by clicking Permission Permission on the Standard toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.) and then clearing the Restrict permission to this <file type> check box.
