Script (script: A type of computer code used to perform tasks on Web pages, such as incrementing a "number of visitors" counter each time there is a new visitor. Web scripts can be written in several script languages. Scripts do not need to be compiled to be run.) is required for some parts of Office Online to work properly. If script is not enabled in your browser, you will not be able to access some parts of the site and some content may not appear, such as Clip Art and Media. Additionally, without script enabled you may not be able to access premium content on Microsoft Office Online even if you have Microsoft Office 2003 installed on your computer.

To enable script in Internet Explorer 5.01 or later

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Under the Security tab, click the Internet Web content zone.
3. Do one of the following:
   • To use the default security setting (Medium), which allows script, click Default Level.
   • To turn on script without changing other security settings, click Custom Level. In the Settings list, scroll down to Active scripting and click Enable.
