Run a macro
 

If you created a macro (macro: An action or a set of actions that you can use to automate tasks. Macros are recorded in the Visual Basic for Applications programming language.) to automate a task in a version of PowerPoint earlier than Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 and you want to continue to run the macro in Office PowerPoint 2007, do the following:

  1. On the Developer tab, in the Code group, click Macros.

     Note   To show the Developer tab, see Access developer controls, write code, or create macros.

  2. In the Macro dialog box, under Macro name, select the macro that you want, and then click Run.
