My slides aren't previewing or printing in color

Symptoms

Slides that should preview and print in color are showing in grayscale or black and white instead.

Cause

If a grayscale printer is selected, you can print color slides only in grayscale or black and white, and therefore you can preview them only in the same ways.

Resolution

If you have a color printer, select it:

On the File menu, click Print.
Under Printer, in the Name list, click the color printer, and then click OK.
