Turning off the narration does not delete the narration from your presentation — it only prevents the narration from playing. To permanently delete the narration from your presentation, do the steps in the Delete the narration section below.

Turn off the narration

1. On the Slide Show tab, in the Set Up group, click Set Up Slide Show.

   

2. Under Show options, select the Show without narration check box.

 Tip   To turn the narration back on, clear the Show without narration check box.

Delete the narration

1. In Normal view, click the sound icon , and then press DELETE.

2. Repeat step 1 for each slide that you want to delete the narration from.
