Let's say you've downloaded some clip art you want to use from the Clip Art and Media site to your computer. You attempt to insert clips into your Office document, but run into the following problems: The pieces of clip art you just downloaded appear as missing clips and are titled Dglxasset.aspx; you see a white box with a red X in it instead of an image; or you are unable to find your downloaded clips in Clip Organizer.

These problems might occur because of temporary Internet files that are located on your computer. Whenever you look at a Web page or download something from the Internet, your computer stores the information in a temporary file. This information can take up a lot of space and slow down your computer, making it difficult to download clip art.

When downloading clip art, it is always a good practice to delete temporary Internet files first. This way, there is always room for all the clips you want to use.

Delete temporary Internet files

1. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, and then select Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete Files.
   
   
3. Click OK.

In most cases, you should now be able to successfully download clips.
