Send custom, printed cards and postcards with Touchpoint Mail

Applies to
Microsoft Office Outlook® 2003
Microsoft Outlook® 2002

Have you ever been too busy to send a birthday card? Ever needed to send a change of address to colleagues and friends? Or perhaps you've wanted to send holiday cards to all of your customers, but didn't have the time to sit down and write them. Touchpoint Mail® for Microsoft Outlook provides a solution.

Touchpoint Mail lets you write messages in Outlook, and then send those messages in custom, printed cards and postcards personalized with your own photos, logos, and handwritten signature. The cards are premium quality, and the price per card is as low as $0.53 each, depending on the plan you select.

To set up Touchpoint Mail and send cards

  1. Close Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Download Touchpoint Mail for Outlook from the Touchpoint Mail site.
  3. When the installation is complete, open Outlook and click Send Card in your Outlook toolbar to register for a new Touchpoint Mail account.
  4. Once registration is complete, click Send Card again and select New Mailing.
  5. Select a cover design from over 2,500 cards, and then type your personal message.
  6. Choose recipients from your Outlook Address Book or enter new contacts.
  7. Preview your card and confirm your order.

After your order is complete, Touchpoint Mail processes your request:

  • Your cards are printed on high-quality paper using commercial-quality digital offset printing.
  • Cards can be mailed first class U.S. mail directly to your recipients, or Touchpoint Mail can ship them back to you with plain envelopes or with prepared envelopes (stamped and pre-addressed).
  • Orders received by 5 P.M. Pacific standard time Monday through Friday are sent the next business day after your order is submitted.
