Creating links to appointments

As with other workspace tools, you can create a link to the Calendar tool. In addition, you can create links that go to specific Calendar appointments. To create an appointment link:

  1. Right-click the appointment and then click Copy Appointment As Link.
  2. Select the target tool.
  3. Right-click the location where you want to place the link and click Paste.
  4. The link appears with the name of the Calendar appointment as the link's target.
