How to buy Microsoft Office Groove 2007

Microsoft Office Groove 2007 is a collaboration software program that allows teams to work together dynamically in collaborative workspaces. Since Groove is part of the 2007 Microsoft Office system, customers have several different options for purchasing Groove.

I would like to purchase Groove for use at home and/or with my small business. Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 is our most comprehensive set of tools if you would like to purchase Groove with the Microsoft Office suite.

.		 No additional purchase needed. (Your infrastructure will be managed through Microsoft hosted servers. Access is included in your purchase of the product for your home or small business.)
Microsoft Office Groove 2007 is available alone if this is all you need to purchase at this time.

I would like to purchase Groove for an enterprise or mid-sized business. Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 delivers 14 programs for larger companies. This option will allow you to manage your Groove licenses as part of the Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Volume Licensing programs are available for as few as five desktops.

The following guidelines allow you to manage your infrastructure to empower your teams without sacrificing IT control.

  1. ShowFor 500-500,000 users: Companies may benefit by setting up the Groove Server onsite.

    One Office Groove Server 2007 License is required for each server the software is installed upon. No client access licenses (CAL) are needed for Office Groove Server.

  2. ShowFor 50-500 users: Companies may benefit with the hosted offering Groove Enterprise Services.

    Licensed on a per-user basis, Groove Enterprise Services is a set of hosted, online services provided by Microsoft and does not require onsite hardware.
