After you have inserted a form field in a form, do the following:
In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design
.
- Type text next to the form field to create a label for it.
- Select the label text and the form field.
- On the Insert menu, point to Form, and then click Label.
- Select a letter in the field's label to use as the shortcut.
- Click Underline
