Resize text quickly
 
  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Select the text you want to resize.
  3. On the Formatting toolbar, click Increase Font Size Button image or Decrease Font Size Button image.

    If the Formatting toolbar is hidden, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Formatting.

Note  The smallest font you can get by clicking Decrease Font Size Button image is 8 points (point: Unit of measure referring to the height of a printed character. A point equals 1/72 of an inch, or approximately 1/28 of a centimeter.), and the largest font you can get by clicking Increase Font Size Button image is 36 points.
