Change the layout of a photo gallery
 
  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Double-click the photo gallery, and then click the Layout tab.
  3. Choose a layout from the list.
  4. Type or select a number in the Number of pictures per row box.

    Note  The Slide Show Layout and Montage Layout galleries do not use columns and rows to display the graphics, and therefore, you do not need to specify a number.
