Paste text and graphics
 
  1. Select the text or graphic you want to move or copy, and then do one of the following:
  2. In Page view, at the bottom of the destination document window, click Design Button image.
  3. Position the insertion point where you want the text or graphic to appear.
  4. On the Standard toolbar, click Paste Button image.
  5. To specify the formatting, style, and appearance of the content, click the Paste Options Button image button that appears next to the pasted content, and then select the option you want.

Note  The paste options that are available depend on the type of content you are pasting, the program you are pasting from, and the format of the text in the area where you are pasting.
