Open Clip Organizer from an Office program
 

You can use Microsoft Clip Organizer to add, catalog, or browse through media clips (clip: A single media file, including art, sound, animation, or movies.) from any Microsoft Office program.

  1. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click Clip Art.
  2. At the bottom of the Clip Art task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files.), click Organize clips.
