Copy content to cells in adjacent rows or columns
 
  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Place the insertion point in the cell with the content you want to copy.
  3. Do one or both of the following:

ShowCopy content from one cell to an adjacent row of cells

  1. Select that cell, and then drag the cursor to the right across the adjacent cells in the row.
  2. On the Table menu, point to Fill, and then click Right.

ShowCopy content from one cell to adjacent cells within a column

  1. Select that cell, and then drag the cursor down over the adjacent cells within the same column.
  2. On the Table menu, point to Fill, and then click Down.
