- In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, on the Go menu, click Calendar.
- On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
- Under Duration, set the Start date and End date.
- Under Options, set the options you want.
- Under Save as, type the calendar name, and then specify the path and the Web page file name where you want to place the calendar.
- Click Save.
Note Each time you update the calendar in Outlook, you must either update the Web page to include the changes or re-add the calendar to the Web page.
