Solution to: When I click 'Submit' nothing happens

If you create a form, and while testing it nothing happens when you click Submit, do the following:

ShowMake sure that you specified a form handler

  1. Right-click the form, and then click Form Properties.
  2. Configure your form to send information to:
    • A file in a specified folder
    • An e-mail address
    • A database (one that already exists or that FrontPage creates for you)
    • A custom script that you write to specify how to save your form results

ShowMake sure that the button is set as a submit button

  1. Double-click the submit button.
  2. In the Push Button Properties dialog box, make sure that Button type is set as Submit and not Normal or Reset.
