You can apply Themes created and customized in Microsoft FrontPage® 2002 to SharePoint™ Team Services-based Web sites. Themes are used to quickly apply consistent styles and formatting across your Web site. You may be familiar with the Themes in FrontPage-based Web sites that save time by allowing you to change the look and format of every page in your web with just a few clicks. Now, with FrontPage 2002, these Themes can provide a complimentary look to SharePoint Team Services Web sites.
To add a Theme to a SharePoint team Web site, open the Web site with FrontPage 2002 and edit it directly on the server as follows:
- In Page view, open a page, select Format, and then Theme.
- In the list box on the left, select a Theme and a preview of it will appear in the Sample of Theme: window.
- Under Apply Theme to: choose whether to apply the changes to All pages in your web or only Selected page(s).
- Next, choose options whether to use Vivid colors, Active graphics, and Background picture.
- Select Apply using CSS and then click the OK button.
- Click Yes if you are prompted whether you are sure that you want to apply the Theme.
Tip To customize a Theme see Customizing Themes in FrontPage 2002.
