What You Want to Do

Expected Audience: Beginner/Intermediate

As with all Microsoft Office 2000 applications, Microsoft FrontPageĀ® 2000 remembers the menu commands you use and displays those items first. If you select Tools, your most recently used commands will show up (see figure below).

You can make the full menu appear by waiting a few seconds or by clicking on the double down arrows (figure 2). If you would rather have the full menu appear first, follow the steps below.

Specific Steps to Take

If you want the full menu to appear by default:

  1. Go to Tools, then Customize.
  2. Uncheck the box Menus show most recently used commands first.

  1. Click Close.
