How to use the Estimated Time to Download feature

Tips and Tricks for FrontPage

What You Want to Do

Expected Audience: Beginner

When you are in Page view and you have a page open, Microsoft FrontPageĀ® shows, in the bottom right hand corner, the amount of time it will take to download your page. The page that was open during this screenshot took 6 seconds to open, assuming a 56.6 kilobit connection to the Internet.

Estimated download time

The Estimated Time to Download feature allows you to quickly see if your page is getting too large. Here we will show you how to change the assumed connection speed.
