Format a line in FrontPage 2002

Lines are among the many useful AutoShapes available on the Drawing toolbar in FrontPage 2002.

  1. To view the Drawing toolbar, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and click Drawing.
  2. To change the color or style of a line, select it, and then do one or both of the following:

ShowChange the color of a line

  1. On the Drawing toolbar, click the arrow next to the drawing object button for Line Color.

    Note  To learn the name of a drawing object button, hold the mouse pointer over a button until a ScreenTip appears indicating the button's name.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • To change to another color, click one of the colors below Automatic.
    • To change to a color that isn't displayed, click More Line Colors. Click the color you want, or click the Custom button to mix your own color, and then click OK.

ShowChange the style of a line

  1. On the Drawing toolbar, click the drawing object button for Line Style.

    Note  To learn the name of a drawing object button, hold the mouse pointer over a button until a ScreenTip appears indicating the button's name.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click the style you want.
    • Click More Lines, and then choose the attributes you want for your line style.
