Display hidden worksheet data in a chart

By default, a chart reflects only values in cells that are visible on the worksheet (worksheet: The primary document that you use in Excel to store and work with data. Also called a spreadsheet. A worksheet consists of cells that are organized into columns and rows; a worksheet is always stored in a workbook.). You can quickly include hidden worksheet data in a chart by changing the following option.

  1. Select the chart in which you want to plot hidden worksheet data.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  3. On the Chart tab, under Active chart, clear the Plot visible cells only check box.
