Speech recognition commands in Excel

This feature is available in the Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English (U.S.), and Japanese language versions of Microsoft Office 2003 and in the Simplified Chinese, English (U.S.), and Japanese language versions of Microsoft Office XP.

  Notes  

  • If you are in Voice Command mode and say "print," the file you are currently working on is sent to the printer.
  • If a command does not appear to work, switch to another program and switch back to the program you are working in, and then say the command again.
