Worksheets can easily be wider than one page of paper. Until you know what your printing options are, it may seem as though fitting a worksheet onto a single page is as complicated as origami paper folding.
In fact, there are several different ways to fit data onto the printed page. And, with mix-and-match printing options, sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error before you're ready to print.
This is when you'll find that print preview is your friend. With print preview, you can see exactly what you're going to get — before you print.
Once you know the ins and outs of how to print in Excel, you'll be confident that when you press Print, you'll get the results you want.
