Lay out the PivotTable report.
You don't have to be an Excel expert—although it's okay if you are—to create a PivotTable report. You just have to:
- Decide what questions you want the data to answer.
- Use the PivotTable Report Wizard to prepare the data for the report.
- Lay out the report by dragging and dropping data onto the layout area, and—voilà—a PivotTable report.

In this lesson you'll learn why it's important to have well-organized source data from which to create a PivotTable report, and how to figure out which data to drop where. In the practice session, you'll have a chance to try out what you've learned about in the lesson.
