Support
Customers are able to purchase Duet from either Microsoft or SAP. Duet is jointly supported by both companies. Depending upon the company from which the licenses were acquired, a customer should contact the selling party for the first line of support escalation. If Microsoft has sold Duet to a customer then the standard Microsoft Customer Support Services escalation applies. Please visit the Duet for Microsoft Office and SAP Support Services Web site for detailed information. Alternatively a customer that is working with a Microsoft Technical Account Manager can ask the Account Manager to open a support ticket for Duet.
Once a support ticket is issued, Microsoft Customer Support Services will have it routed to the Duet support team at Microsoft. Additionally, Microsoft and SAP support teams work closely together with combined technical expertise fielding customer issues and can route to each other during the support process.
