Change the location where files are received
 

By default, files sent to you are placed in the C:\Documents and Settings\<your Windows user name>\My Documents\My Received Files folder. You can change the location where your received files are saved.

To change the location of received files

  1. In the Microsoft Office Communicator window, on the Actions menu, click Options.
  2. Click the General tab, and then under File transfer, click Browse.
  3. In the Browse for Folder dialog box, select the folder where you want to store received files.
