Change your presence status
Your presence is determined by a collection of attributes that describe your status, activity, location, willingness to communicate, and contact information. Presence information helps you to contact others and helps others to contact you. Your presence status is automatically updated for you based on a variety of factors, including whether you are online, on the phone, in a meeting, or you’ve been away from your computer for a while. You can also change your status manually, which is really useful when you do not want to be disturbed.
