You can delete a contact from all the groups in your Contacts list. Deleting a contact from your Contacts list does not remove the user from your organization’s address book or your Outlook Contacts folder, and the contact’s name can still appear as a search result in the Search result(s) area.
Note When you delete a contact, the contact no longer appears in your Contacts list on either Communicator Mobile or on Communicator 2005 on your desktop.
- In the Contacts list, click the contact that you want to delete, and then click Actions.
- Click Menu > Delete Contact.
- To confirm your choice, click Yes.
