  • Outlook, Publisher and Access will be distributed to the customer as an upgrade to Office 2010 Professional Academic.
  • This offer is not valid for volume license customers, customers with Not-For-Resale or promotional product, customers who purchased Office 2010 product through the Home Use Rights Program or Student Select. It is not valid on trial or Office Starter 2010.
  • Internet access is required. The academic verification and redemption process occurs online. Customers can choose to order physical software at an additional cost, however that process also takes place online.
  • Customer will be required to provide purchase date and an Office 2010 25-character product Key in order to redeem the Office 2010 Professional Academic upgrade. Both purchase date and key activation date must be within the promotion eligibility dates. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase, so keep your Office 2010 receipt or proof of purchase and Office 2010 25-character product key until you redeem your upgrade offer.
