Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006 system requirements
 

To use Small Business Accounting 2006, you need the following:

Component Requirement
Processor Intel Pentium 450-MHz or faster processor (Pentium III or equivalent recommended)
Memory 256 MB of RAM or greater
Hard disk 280 MB of available hard-disk space (hard-disk use will vary depending on configuration; custom installation choices might require more or less hard-disk space)
Drive CD-ROM or DVD drive
Display Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher-resolution monitor
Other Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 is required to create customized invoices, sales orders, quotes, customer credit memos, customer statements, and purchase orders; Microsoft Office XP or later is required to export data to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update is required to share financial data with the Microsoft Outlook messaging and collaboration client; third-party services, including Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) payroll, are available for additional fees
Internet connection Internet functionality requires dial-up or broadband Internet access (provided separately); local or long-distance charges may apply
