The Resource Center in Microsoft Office Accounting is a central location where you can find links to Web sites about Microsoft Office Accounting 2008, general information about accounting and running a small business, and Web sites where you can check for updates and submit feedback. The Resource Center is updated frequently, so check back often to get the latest information.
Note To use the links in the Resource Center, your computer must be connected to the Internet. If you prefer to work offline, you can access the Getting Started Guide and online Help that are installed with Office Accounting.
Open the Resource Center
The Resource Center is part of the Office Accounting user interface. To open it, do the following:
- On the Resource Center menu, click Resource Center Home.
Explore the Resource Center
The Resource Center is divided into two sections: the Navigation Pane and the Content Pane.
The Office Accounting Resource Center
- The Navigation Pane, located on the left side of the page, contains links to Web sites about Office Accounting 2008, the Accounting 2008 Quick Start Guide, and Help.
- The Content Pane, or the main area of the page, contains links to Web sites about Accounting 2008, in addition to links to specific articles, video demos, discussion groups, and more. The Content Pane is updated regularly with new articles and demos.
