Get Script Editor help in a data access page
 
  1. Open a data access page (data access page: A Web page, published from Access, that has a connection to a database. In a data access page, you can view, add to, edit, and manipulate the data stored in the database. A page can also include data from other sources, such as Excel.) in Design view (Design view: A window that shows the design of these database objects: tables, queries, forms, reports, macros, and data access pages. In Design view, you can create new database objects and modify the design of existing ones.) or Page view (Page view: An Access window in which you can browse the contents of a data access page. Pages have the same functionality in Page view as in Internet Explorer 5.0 or later.).
  2. On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Microsoft Script Editor.
  3. In the Microsoft Script Editor (Microsoft Script Editor: Used to add text, edit HTML tags, and edit any Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) code in a data access page. You can also view your page in the Script Editor as it would appear in a Web browser.), click Help Button image on the Standard toolbar, and then do one of the following:
    • To search for any words you want to find in the Script Editor Help, click Answer Wizard.
    • For a table of contents of Script Editor Help, click Contents.
    • To browse through an index of keywords to find information in the Script Editor Help, click Index.

Note  The debugging feature of the Microsoft Script Editor does not work with Microsoft Windows Terminal Services.
