To receive an online meeting call, you must have Microsoft Windows NetMeeting running on your computer.

Do one of the following:

• When you receive a Microsoft Outlook online meeting reminder, click Meeting Services, and then click Start NetMeeting to accept the meeting request, or click Dismiss to decline the request.
• When you receive an online meeting call, click Accept in the Join Meeting dialog box, or click Ignore to decline the call.
