Cancel printing
 
  1. Double-click the Printer icon Button image on the status area of the task bar.
  2. Select the document you want to cancel.
  3. On the Document menu, click Cancel.

Notes

  • You cannot cancel the printing of another user's document without the appropriate permission.
  • If you're printing a short document the Printer icon may not appear on the status bar long enough for you to click it to cancel printing.
