Cancel printing
Applies to:
Microsoft Office Access 2003

Excel 2003
,
FrontPage 2003
,
OneNote 2003

Outlook 2003

Publisher 2003
Double-click the
Printer
icon
on the status area of the task bar.
Select the document you want to cancel.
On the
Document
menu, click
Cancel
.
Notes
You cannot cancel the printing of another user's document without the appropriate permission.
If you're printing a short document the
Printer
icon may not appear on the status bar long enough for you to click it to cancel printing.
