You can undo and redo multiple actions in Access

Applies to
Microsoft Office Access 2003
Microsoft Access 2002

In response to many customer requests, you can now undo and redo (repeat) multiple actions when you are working in views, stored procedures, and functions in Design view in Access. If you realize that you have made a mistake, you can use the DOWN ARROW next to the Undo button to select all the steps you've completed after your mistake, and then undo them.

You can also redo multiple actions in the same view. To redo multiple actions, click the DOWN ARROW next to the Redo button on the standard toolbar and select the actions you want to repeat. The actions are repeated in the order in which they are listed.

Note   When the Undo and Redo buttons are not available, the previous actions cannot be corrected or repeated.
